Our team of experienced caregivers work in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams to provide enhanced levels of clinical support, enabling individuals to remain at home even when their care needs are highly complex.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable live-in carers to join our core team, working 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, with specific clients. As a live-in carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, including:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
  • Airway suctioning
  • Cough assist
  • Autonomic Dysreflexia
  • Oxygen therapy and monitoring
  • Bowel management
  • Enteral feeding
  • Epilepsy and seizure management
  • Catheter care
  • Complex medication administration
  • Behaviours which challenge
  • Complex moving and positioning

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have flexibility on travel, with some shifts requiring driving or access to public transport
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Have an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
