Are you ready to take on a challenging role in customer engagement? Rank Interactive is seeking a skilled Bingo Rewards Executive to join our High-Value & Loyal Customer Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and support the Rewards Team Manager in retaining, reactivating, and acquiring high-value players.
  • Nurture customer relationships and promote safer gambling practices.
  • Organize hospitality events and implement targeted marketing strategies.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and drive revenue.
  • Monitor customer spending and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
  • Build strong rapport with players to identify concerns and opportunities for growth.
  • Handle daily player feedback, manage investigations and escalations, and collaborate with key departments.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Proven knowledge and/or experience of gaming/bingo.
  • Knowledge of customer service and retention.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage and host a group of customers in person.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player with the drive to work independently.
