Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Resources Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding key accounts for our market research services division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand key accounts
  • Pitch market research services and solutions to research agencies and clients
  • Collaborate with the UK Sales Director - North to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with a supportive director to achieve sales goals
  • Join a reputable international company with a cohesive and flexible culture

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading European provider of market research services and customer engagement solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding key accounts in the north of England and UK territories.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in market research, data collection, and survey solutions
  • Strong understanding of the market research industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid/remote environment with occasional trips to the UK HQ in London
