Key Responsibilities

The Operations Director will:

  1. Inspire and motivate the onsite team, with direct reports from specialist managers and indirect management of delivery teams and contractors.
  2. Deliver a best-in-class guest experience through strategic operational planning, implementation, and leadership.
  3. Take accountability for the day-to-day operation of Derbion, including hard and soft services, ESG strategies, compliance, and health & safety.
Requirements

The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader and manager with:

  1. A passion for people development, mentorship, and organic growth.
  2. Experience leading a large operation in a customer-centric environment.
  3. A background in total facilities management.
  4. Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
