A new opportunity has emerged for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to become part of a well-regarded manufacturing firm.


This position necessitates a knowledgeable individual in sheet metal fabrication, with a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS), adeptness in utilizing precision measurement tools, and familiarity with CAD software.

This role also encompasses supervisory duties, managing quality assurance protocols and leading the quality assurance team.

The organization is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Engineer for a permanent position.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing insights on product quality, addressing customer feedback, and conducting audits for the manufacturing team.
• Performing random inspections across various processes and operations.
• Updating Bills of Material (BOM) for both straightforward and intricate assemblies.
• Maintaining precise records of data and communications in preparation for daily management meetings.
• Developing quality control frameworks and identifying corrective measures.
• Upholding company policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the execution and follow-up of corrective actions related to customer and departmental concerns.
• Ensuring safety standards are met and addressing issues promptly.
• Identifying and analyzing problems, gathering data, and formulating conclusions.

The ideal Quality Assurance Engineer should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Prior experience in the sheet metal sector.
• Demonstrated success in inspecting components produced through CNC machining, manual turning, and grinding.
• Proficiency in CAD applications, particularly Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, and RADAN 2 & 3D formats.
