Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at our UK manufacturing site in Telford. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our network orders, from receipt to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect network orders for quality and accuracy, using basic metrology equipment and customer specifications.
- Pack and ship network orders to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Liaise with the escalation process to resolve quality concerns and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Collate production data and review ongoing issues with the Quality Manager to provide solutions.
- Document and classify defects to inform manufacturing guidelines.
- Attend quality meetings to discuss non-conformance data and provide solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality controls.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to read and write in English and perform basic arithmetic.
