Position Summary
The role of the Quality Systems Coordinator is to ensure the coordination and compliance to ISO standards across the business via the Document Management System. This encompasses procedure review, cross-business audit, and compliance controls. Working with all departments to identify and implement systems to assure long-term quality systems processes and compliance.
Main Job Functions
- Support the management and compliance to ISO standards (9001 & 14001)
- Regular site audits of ISO standards, policies, and processes to ensure compliance
- Create, manage, and coordinate the Company audit calendar in line with the Environmental Coordinator to ensure requirements of ISO standards are met, along with NC management
- Support the training and mentoring of internal auditors, including assessments of audits, mentoring for improvement, and regular monthly meetings for Quality and Environmental
- Weekly/Monthly reporting as defined by management review
- Identify areas for improvement to ensure Quality Environmental PDCA
- Regular reports and PDCA for related items within the Management Review (Document Control/NC Closure/Audit Completion)
- Complete and follow-up internal compliance audits based on either audit calendar findings
- Quality Systems Induction to all new staff, ensuring awareness of QMS and setting up and training staff on the Document Management System (Q-Pulse)
- Work closely with the Quality Senior Supervisor to drive Quality Assurance within the business, including managing 3rd-party audits, QA training, promotional months, etc.
- Be the central point for Document Management System setup, control, and training
- Support Environmental and Quality activities and projects
- Support the promotion of ETL with CSR activities
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with the company's Quality and Environmental policy and procedures, and that all waste streams are correctly segregated
- Fundamental to this role requires self-starting, professionalism, and the ability to work with cross-company reps to maintain and improve Quality Systems within the business
Note: In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required

- Able to use Microsoft (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)

- Strong Communication Skills - Meetings/Training/Report Writing
- Ability to audit and interrogate diverse processes to ensure systems are robust to support QA and Q
