We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a champion of quality, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Conduct supplier audits and internal quality audits to ensure that our suppliers and internal processes meet our quality standards.
- Lead the QHSE team and provide guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working towards our quality goals.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that our products are designed and manufactured to meet our quality standards.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary of £50k-£60k.
