We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revalidation and Appraisal Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Revalidation Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our members throughout their appraisal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Respond to Enquiries: Handle all general enquiries related to appraisal and revalidation, providing clear and accurate information about the processes.
- Documentation and Compliance: Address questions regarding documentation and appraisal & revalidation requirements, ensuring compliance and providing system support.
- Record Management: Regularly update member records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Documentation Upload and Collaboration: Upload relevant documentation to records and collaborate with the Revalidation Team to resolve discrepancies.
- Member Support: Assist new members with the login process, troubleshoot login-related issues, and offer guidance on navigating the website and accessing key information.
- Appraisal Support: Provide step-by-step instructions for completing appraisal forms and uploading documentation, and send reminders to members about impending deadlines and track outstanding payments.
- Communication and Professionalism: Communicate effectively with members about the importance of meeting deadlines and fulfilling documentation requirements, and maintain a professional approach and adhere to values, policies, and procedures.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Actively champion and promote the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies.
