About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Appraisal Officer to join our team at Assets and Investments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our void options appraisal programme, engaging with teams across the business, and gathering data and insight to complete options appraisals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the void options appraisal programme, ensuring efficient and effective appraisal delivery.
  • Engage with teams across the business to gather data and insight for options appraisals.
  • Track performance and identify ways to improve appraisal delivery, minimising the time properties are left empty.
  • Support the programme of options appraisals of larger groups of homes and wider work of the team, including asset optimisation projects, growth projects, portfolio reviews, and asset management strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.
  • Confidence in speaking to a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience of working in social housing and asset management, and undertaking property options appraisals (although not essential).
  • Motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work in a challenging and pressurised environment.
