At Assets and Investments, we're looking for a skilled Asset Appraisal Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As the Asset Appraisal Officer, you will be responsible for driving our void options appraisal programme. You will engage with teams across the business to gather data and insight to complete options appraisals, recommending whether we retain or dispose of the asset.

You will also support the programme of options appraisals of larger groups of homes and wider work of the team, including involvement in the delivery of asset optimisation projects, growth projects, portfolio reviews and asset management strategies and approaches.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need organisation, attention to detail and confidence in speaking to a wide range of stakeholders across the business. Ideally, you may have experience of working in social housing and asset management, and in undertaking property options appraisals, but this is not essential.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, enjoys working in a challenging and pressurised environment and gains satisfaction from enabling the business to make good decisions which balance financial, operational and customer requirements.
