About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Appraisal Officer to join our team at Assets and Investments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our void options appraisal programme, engaging with teams across the business, and gathering data and insight to complete options appraisals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive efficiency and effortless services by tracking performance and identifying ways to improve appraisal delivery.
  • Support the programme of options appraisals of larger groups of homes and wider work of the team, including involvement in asset optimisation projects, growth projects, portfolio reviews, and asset management strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have organisation, attention to detail, and confidence in speaking to a wide range of stakeholders across the business. Ideally, you may have experience of working in social housing and asset management, and in undertaking property options appraisals, but this is not essential.
