Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and cooking implements.
  • Prepare food to a high standard, as requested by the kitchen management.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, sorting, and storing kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Be aware of company COSHH, Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment.
