About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Manager to join our team at KFC. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of equipment and CAPEX across the entire region, ensuring that we achieve the best possible value for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive equipment procurement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of equipment suppliers, ensuring that they meet our quality and service standards.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement decisions are aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal customers, and other business partners.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, including spend, savings, and supplier performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions and contract non-compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a focus on equipment and CAPEX.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the company's business objectives and strategies.
