Fish Buyer - Maternity Cover Contract
Key Responsibilities
You will lead your team to develop and execute a long-term sourcing strategy to deliver sustainable improvements in terms of cost, quality, service, and innovation, in collaboration with the Head of Category Fish and other relevant business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• You will understand key cost drivers, industry trends, and standard methodologies to design and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain long-term pricing mechanisms and long relationship strategies for fish species to drive sustainable competitive advantage.
• You will be responsible for securing direct supply, assuring high-quality standards, on-time deliveries, bench costs, and ensuring food safety regulations and CSR requirements.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in an FMCG/food manufacturing procurement environment, a good understanding of purchasing contracts, cost modeling, developing sourcing strategies, excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
