About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Nomad Foods. As a key member of our central team, you will be responsible for driving growth across our 6 clusters in the fish and seafood segment, which represents 37% of our total revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovation & Renovation:

Develop a deep understanding of the category vision and its key drivers to inform segment growth and brand growth strategies.

Building Knowledge to Win:

Assess performance through the flywheel process to inform strategy for the segment, and build clear toolkits for execution to inspire Marketing Units (MUs) and support innovation implementation.

Commercial Acumen:

Understand the basic principles of Pricing, Promotion, and Advertising (PPA) and how to leverage these levers to support innovation and renovation.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work collaboratively with Insights, Research & Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance colleagues to deliver strategic P&L that meets or exceeds KPIs for New Product Developments (NPDs) and high-quality marketing execution.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a 'MAKE IT HAPPENED' attitude, a curious mindset, and enthusiasm to learn. As our SME for the fish and seafood brand segment, you will need to be confident in presenting and having the spotlight on you in front of large audiences. Previous experience working with global teams is essential, as you will be supporting our 6 clusters and managing senior stakeholders globally. Passion for food and a love for creating delicious food for consumers are essential qualities for this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achievement in an FMCG environment
  • Successfully led product innovation development, ideally in a category-led organization
  • Able to demonstrate strong people influence skills and collaboration to work in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ideal experience working across different countries and with diverse nationalities
  • Mandatory language requirements: English. Understanding of Italian, German, or French would be an advantage
