Key Responsibilities

This role presents an exciting opportunity to:

  • Lead the finance and IT departments, managing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting, payroll, and audits.
  • Offer strategic insights to the Board and counsel on long-term financial and business planning, including the assessment of commercial investments and company liabilities.
  • Oversee and assess the company's fundraising strategies while cultivating relationships with key external partners to drive further growth.
  • Establish and enforce robust financial controls and systems, along with KPI reporting, ensuring effective cash flow management to optimize company performance.
  • Identify and pursue strategic growth initiatives, collaborating with senior management across the organization.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Vice President of Finance will possess:

  • Relevant financial qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Demonstrated experience in an executive financial management capacity within the B2B sector.
  • A capability to operate both strategically and operationally, with a strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in guiding organizations through various growth strategies, financial modeling, and risk management.
  • M&A experience, particularly in acquisition integration.
  • Proficient knowledge of various financial management software and databases.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
