Senior Recruitment Consultant at Luminary Group

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for temporary staffing positions in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech fields.
  • Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates possessing the necessary qualifications and experience for temporary roles.
  • Develop and nurture a robust network of qualified candidates within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech domains.
  • Work closely with clients to grasp their temporary staffing requirements and deliver customized recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate and conduct interviews, reference verifications, and background checks for candidates.
  • Ensure adherence to pertinent industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients, fostering a positive recruitment journey.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and market changes in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client information within recruitment systems.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally in temporary staffing or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and effective sourcing techniques.
  • Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in temporary roles.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Results-driven approach with a strong capacity to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
