Position Overview

The Warehouse Studio Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and management of Home samples throughout the warehousing and studio shooting processes. This position involves the meticulous scanning, picking, and organization of Home samples, as well as the transportation of these items between various locations, including our Head Office and multiple studio sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize the studio management system to scan and log home products for proper storage and tracking.
  • Operate necessary Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to efficiently locate and move studio samples.
  • Ensure the protection of studio samples during the studio shoot and storage phases.
  • Carefully package all home samples, including large furniture items, for transport to various events and meetings.
  • Conduct ad-hoc transportation of samples across all studio locations and associated sites.
  • Manage the loading and unloading processes for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Generate precise delivery documentation for all shipments.
  • Oversee the collection and return of rental props and equipment used in photo shoots.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by addressing any hazards, incidents, or accidents promptly.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
  • Exhibit flexibility and availability to work across all studio locations as needed.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Senior Studio Production Coordinator.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
  • A valid UK driving license is required; experience driving a van is preferred.
  • Reach and balance licenses are necessary, or a willingness to undergo training.
  • Physical fitness is required due to the nature of lifting and moving samples.
  • Proficiency in Mac/PC systems and experience with data entry is expected.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
  • Ability to work effectively within health and safety guidelines.
  • A collaborative mindset to contribute positively within a team environment.
