Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at ARL Recruitment Ltd. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and studio facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Accurately scan and record inventory movements, ensuring a clear audit trail of all goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Sample Preparation: Securely wrap and prepare home samples for transportation between studios and the warehouse.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, reporting any hazards, incidents, or accidents to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and senior management to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with various tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager, including data input and studio database management.

Requirements:

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy samples and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organization skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and be responsive to team needs.

Working Conditions:

The role will be based in a warehouse and studio environment, with a standard working hours of 8am-5pm. You will be required to wear safety shoes at all times on site.
