We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in a Photographic Studio environment. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our studio's inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Securely wrap and prepare home samples for transportation between studios and the warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking and audit trails.
- Health and Safety: Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety guidelines, reporting any hazards, incidents, or accidents to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, assisting with ad-hoc duties as set by the warehouse manager and contributing to the overall success of the studio team.
- Database Management: Utilize the studio database to register home products, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for efficient inventory management.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting of samples, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse.
About You:
- Professional Manner: Possess a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times, with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organization skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
- Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Possess some level of experience in data input and inventory management, with a strong understanding of health and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility: Be able to work well under pressure, with a flexible attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
