About this exciting opportunity


We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our Photography Studio team in Leighton Buzzard. Our client is a leading UK retailer and we are proud to offer an opportunity to work in a purpose-built photographic studio.


As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. This includes scanning items, securing home samples, and maintaining a safe working environment.


We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, physical fitness, and experience in data input. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the success of our studio team.


Key responsibilities



  • Securely wrap home samples for transportation
  • Responsible for the safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as set out by the warehouse manager
  • Register home products onto the studio database

About you



  • Have a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior management
  • Physically fit due to the heavy lifting of samples
  • Experience in data input
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Ability to work within health & safety guidelines
  • Contribute and work effectively within a team environment
  • Flexible attitude and responsive to change

Working conditions


This is a temporary role with the possibility of leading to a permanent position. The working hours are 8-5 and you will be required to wear a high-viz jacket and safety shoes at all times.
