About the Role

Akrivia Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our ambitious research programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the programme team, including maintaining electronic filing systems, recording and tracking information, and performing site initiation visits and sponsor oversight visits.
  • Assist with the acquisition and distribution of trial documentation, establish trial site files, and ensure compliance with ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and research governance.
  • Work closely with the project team to arrange meetings, record minutes, and file correspondence appropriately.
  • Support the study team in handling study emails, invoices, and resource allocation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required, including maintenance of health and safety information, provision of supplies, and catering/equipment for internal and external meetings.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative position, preferably in a clinical studies environment.
  • Familiarity with managing high volumes of documents and filing them appropriately.
  • Excellent record-keeping and tracking skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Good minute-taking experience and confidence in generating minutes for a range of meetings.
  • Experience in written communications, including emails and reporting.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working in clinical studies would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with clinical study filing processes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint.
