As a Functional Analyst specializing in SAP Global Trade Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing consultation and support for the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Manage projects from conception to execution, ensuring that business outcomes are met.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee and guide team members in their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Problem Solving: Take charge of complex technical challenges within the Global Trade Services domain.
  • Work Prioritization: Efficiently manage tasks to resolve incidents, address change requests, and fulfill project requirements in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements, crafting effective solutions.
  • Migration Support: Provide assistance during migration initiatives as necessary.
  • Customization and Data Maintenance: Handle SAP GTS customization and master data upkeep.
  • ABAP Understanding: Utilize ABAP knowledge for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Business Translation: Interpret business needs and translate them into a structured solution framework.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with business and project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Deliverable Acceptance: Secure approval for all project deliverables from relevant business parties.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to both internal and external standards.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP Global Trade Services, particularly in Greenfield projects or rollouts.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing SAP GTS solutions.
  • Strong background as an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP GTS, with the ability to assess new requirements and implement necessary system modifications.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP GTS.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now and JIRA.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP GTS in Greenfield project implementations.
  • Knowledge of integrating SAP GTS with Customs Declaration Systems.
  • Familiarity with Seeburger solutions.
