We are seeking a Project Planning Systems Analyst who possesses a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid background in project planning and control methodologies utilizing tools such as SAP, Dassian, or P6. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support for Project Planning and Controls within the UK Electronics sector. Your responsibilities will include managing and sustaining critical business systems, advising project teams, developing professional standards, and enhancing system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain Project Planning Systems
  • Deliver expert advice on Project Planning and Controls
  • Assist in formulating professional standards and ensuring business compliance
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Project Planning systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms
  • Coordinate modifications and produce necessary outputs
  • Provide recommendations to improve business efficiency and decision-making

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Project Planning and Controls operations
  • Proven experience in the practical application of Project Controls
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative demeanor
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and problem resolution
  • Understanding of cross-functional business processes
  • Background in a similar role during solution deployment
