Exciting Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a Project Planning Systems Analyst who possesses a technical mindset, excels in problem-solving, and has a solid background in project planning and controls utilizing tools such as SAP, Dassian, or P6. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support for Project Planning and Controls within the UK Electronics sector. Your responsibilities will include managing and sustaining critical business systems, advising project teams, developing professional standards, and enhancing system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain Project Planning Systems
  • Deliver expert advice on Project Planning and Controls
  • Assist in formulating professional standards and ensuring business compliance
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Project Planning systems, processes, and reporting
  • Coordinate modifications and deliver necessary outputs
  • Provide recommendations for business efficiency and informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Project Planning and Controls operations
  • Experience in the practical application of Project Controls
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly demeanor
  • Capability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Experience in continuous improvement and analytical problem-solving
  • Knowledge of cross-functional business processes
  • Experience in a similar capacity during solution implementation
