As a Functional Analyst specializing in SAP Global Trade Services, you will leverage your expertise to support, design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
As an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst, your role will encompass:
  • Delivering projects from inception to completion to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinating and overseeing team activities as necessary.
  • Tackling complex technical challenges within your area of expertise.
  • Prioritizing tasks to resolve incidents, manage change requests, and execute projects in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborating with business units to analyze needs, design, and implement effective solutions.
  • Providing support for migration initiatives as required.
  • Customizing and maintaining Master Data within SAP GTS.
  • Utilizing ABAP for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Translating business requirements into effective solution frameworks.
  • Facilitating communication between business and project stakeholders.
  • Securing acceptance of deliverables from business units.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards for all solutions.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP Global Trade Services, particularly in Greenfield projects or Rollouts.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing SAP GTS solutions.
  • Background as an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst.
  • Deep understanding of SAP GTS, with the ability to analyze and implement necessary system changes.
  • Experience working closely with Business Stakeholders, recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP GTS.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now and JIRA.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with SAP GTS in Greenfield project implementations.
  • Knowledge of integrating SAP GTS with Customs Declaration Systems.
  • Familiarity with Seeburger solutions.
