Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team at eTeam, Inc. as a key member of our EU market expansion initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements specific to the EU markets.
- Develop clear and concise Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) outlining gathered requirements.
- Work closely with the DEV and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly groomed and implemented.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Document customizations and configuration requirements for SAP Hana.
- Ensure approval and sign-offs from product head and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP C4C and SAP Hana.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
