About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Staffline Branches. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align sales objectives with our Company Business Growth Plan and strategy, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Support business development in various sectors, including transmission, renewable energy, and industrial markets, as well as exploring new geographies.
  • Promote synergy between our India and UK operations, identifying opportunities for joint capabilities and developing new business prospects.
  • Drive new business development, product introduction, and geography access, resulting in increased orders, sales, and profit.
  • Target and achieve order levels in non-core business as per our 5-year business plan, ensuring timely execution and compliance with approved project financials.
  • Develop and implement processes for new product, business, and sector development, ensuring efficient operations and growth.
  • Assist in improving the HIT Rate of our core business, contributing to overall business growth and profitability.
  • Participate in key conferences and exhibitions to promote our business and establish strategic partnerships.
