Key Responsibilities- Provide reception and administrative support to the team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
- Assist with financial processes, including petty cash, procurement, and reimbursement.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Good standard of education with a minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent level of skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Experience of undertaking reception duties or a similar role.
- Standard keyboard skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of patient administrative systems and policies and procedures.
