Eco Compliance Officer

We are working with a leading contractor who specialises in decarbonisation and retrofit of tenanted social housing properties across the UK. The company is passionate about lowering fuel poverty for people across the UK.

Due to an increase in workload, they have three vacancies available for compliance administrators to support their team on a permanent basis. This is a site-based position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and organising all compliance for the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance standards are upheld on the construction site.
  • Documenting and organising work to be completed and in progress within properties.
  • Checking relevant paperwork and staff qualifications.
  • Signing people in and out of the site.
  • General administration to support the role.

The successful candidate will be well-presented, confident, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. In addition, they must be fully conversant with all Microsoft packages.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills.
