About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Veolia ES (UK) LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Manage the frontline collection service and supervise up to 60 employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the budget is met and used to maximise productivity, and manage staff usage and agency costs to achieve cost savings.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Health and Safety: Investigate safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary incidents, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in service delivery, operations management, and customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong people management and team leadership skills, stakeholder relationship management, and driving license.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience, Transport CPC, COTC/CMS, and IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH.
