Business Development Manager

A unique chance has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team of a well-established Events Agency. If you have previously worked within the events industry, obtained new business, provided great customer service, and have a passion for amazing events, this could be the role for you.
As a Business Development Manager, you will work on both inbound and outbound business development, helping to create leads and turn them into new business wins. You will have proven experience to generate new business and have a real passion for your work. Your focus will be on developing opportunities to secure wins for the business.
You will strive to develop relationships through to helping to create pitch documents and eventually being involved in new business presentations. You will need to be a real self-starter/salesperson. This is a fantastic opportunity within a growing Events agency to take the next step in your career and help to shape their business development department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong understanding of the events industry
