Facilities Coordinator

CV Bay Ltd is in search of a meticulous and highly organised Facilities Coordinator to manage our office environments and ensure they cater to the requirements of our team and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety assessments to guarantee adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Plan and oversee maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal interference with daily operations.
  • Effectively communicate and correspond with service providers and vendors.
  • Maintain precise documentation of maintenance tasks, inspections, and safety compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of facilities management operations.
  • Manage changes in office layout and coordinate relocations.
  • Supervise cleaning and waste management to maintain a hygienic and secure working environment.
  • Monitor and control the budget for facilities-related expenditures.

Our Ideal Facilities Coordinator Will:
  • Possess a strong understanding of facilities management processes and industry best practices.
  • Exhibit exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills for liaising with service providers, vendors, and internal personnel.
  • Have prior experience in facilities management or a related sector.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.

Compensation:
Competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
