Our client is a leading facilities management company that specialises in providing a wide range of FM services to various industry sectors across the UK and Europe. They are currently seeking a highly skilled, confident individual where problem solving is their passion This is both a reactive and proactive role and they really need someone who is committed to being that go-to when there are issues to be resolved on behalf of customers and internal management.

What Do You Need?

  • Previous experience in a facilities management role in an operational, technical, or project environment would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good working understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and take a holistic approach to prioritising department and business demands.
  • High level of problem solving skills
