Edgewell Supply Chain is seeking a dedicated Telesales Manager (B2B) to lead our internal sales team in achieving significant customer retention and new business revenue growth.

This role involves the strategic implementation of sales initiatives, call cycles, and business plans while upholding our company standards and core values.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering the development of high-quality sales executives, providing engaging leadership, effective communication, and sales coaching, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the internal sales team.
  • Coach and develop team members to surpass revenue targets through new business acquisition, additional business from existing clients, and re-engagement with previous customers.
  • Implement an outbound call cycle to ensure the team meets the minimum volume of meaningful telesales and review calls.
  • Handle escalation calls to retain and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate customer information is gathered and updated using the company's Salesforce system.
  • Utilize Salesforce effectively by logging all activities, updates, customer statuses, and opportunities.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and team performance.

People Management Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of internal Sales Executives responsible for generating, managing, and protecting revenue within their designated sales territories.
  • Lead recruitment, retention, talent development, and succession planning for the sales team.
  • Ensure team engagement and motivation while overseeing all tasks and assignments.
  • Inspire commitment and enthusiasm for the brand and company through effective leadership.
  • Collaborate with division leadership to determine team structures, roles, and performance targets.
  • Evaluate team performance and take necessary actions to address underperformance while recognizing and rewarding success.
