Market Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in fast-growing businesses. Our client, a Series B SaaS company, is expanding into the UK and seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to drive their growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our client's UK-based team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of marketing campaigns to build awareness, create demand, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and Execution: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to educate, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Campaign Management: Run a variety of campaigns (online and offline) to create and drive demand.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy to attract customers, including creating and curating engaging content.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments across sales and marketing to ensure alignment between teams.
  • Sales Support: Ensure sales teams have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as engagement, leads, conversion rates, and more.

Requirements

  • B2B Marketing Experience: Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and campaign management.
  • Startup or Scaleup Experience: Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment, with a strong ability to adapt to fast-paced growth.
  • Marketing Campaign Planning: Proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns, driving pipeline and deal growth.
  • Partnership with Sales: Experience partnering with sales teams to ensure alignment and support.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
