Job Summary:

Your Story Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled B2B Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Communications: Create and manage a marketing communications plan that showcases our company's brand and products to various audiences and stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Develop and publish high-quality content across all relevant channels, including our website, social media, and email newsletters.
  • HubSpot Management: Oversee the use of HubSpot, including data management, list building, and campaign management.
  • Sales Collaterals: Ensure that all sales collaterals, including templates, testimonials, and case studies, are up-to-date and effective.
  • PR and Communications: Run our PR program, securing coverage for win stories, thought leadership article placements, and industry awards.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to inform our marketing communications strategy.
  • Event Management: Help shape and project manage our series of events for marketing, branding, network building, and new business engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B growth marketing and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications, content creation, and HubSpot management.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
