About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our Sales Recruitment division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Events, Media, Professional Services, and Business Intelligence sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to execute business strategies and drive team performance
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior sales professionals to improve team performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Experience working in an internal sales environment and coaching/mentoring junior sales professionals
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
