This award-winning international law firm has seen significant growth over the last ten years and has really consolidated and grown its insurance capability which forms a significant part of the firm. What’s more it offers a great work/life balance and a really sensible approach to hybrid and flexible working.

 

In this senior level role as Senior Clients & Marketing Manager you will work with the Head of Insurance to develop and implement the client and business development strategy. This is a very client facing role where you will be expected to liaise with the firm’s largest insurance clients as well as the more specialist London market insurers. The role will involve a mix of targeting existing and new business and on a day-to-day basis will involve:

 

  • Setting the strategy and implementation; Engaging with clients on a regular basis to understand market trends and grow new opportunities; Working with the partners and associates to advise and coach them on business development; Working with the marketing team to come up with marketing initiatives such as thought leadership, events, sponsorships and social media campaigns to engage with clients.

 

 

 

You will have significant knowledge of the insurance sector and have worked within a major professional services firm targeting the insurance sector. This role will suit someone who enjoys being client facing and is comfortable networking.
