About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide invaluable assistance to three women residing in a shared home. This part-time, permanent position offers 25 hours per week and presents an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with the women you support, fostering a sense of trust and respect.
  • Provide personalized care and assistance to ensure their well-being and independence.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the women's care.

Essential Requirements

  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong connections.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards those you support.
  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
