About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Norse Care in Norwich. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support service users with their daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
  • Encourage and support service users to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and call bells, providing person-centred care and support.
