We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Mental Health Recovery Workers at Together for Mental Wellbeing. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with severe, complex, and enduring mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in developing skills and strengths to improve their mental wellbeing
- Engage with clients in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support package
- Assist clients in achieving their goals and aspirations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans
Requirements:
- Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Business insurance and commitment to cover shifts, including sleep-ins
- Enhanced DBS check
