About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide assessment, treatment planning, and interventions to service users with moderate to severe mental illness.

Main Responsibilities

Assess new referrals and work with a caseload of service users to provide individualized support and care.

Contribute to the wider team in areas such as FACT and Duty roles, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a current Professional qualification as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker. You will have a passion for mental health and the energy to work in a supportive and diverse Community Mental Health Recovery Team.
