Position Overview

As a dedicated Responsible Gambling Support Specialist, you will become an integral part of a specialized team focused on assisting our clients in the Spanish language.

Your primary role will involve engaging with customers who may be experiencing gambling-related challenges, ensuring they receive exceptional service while strictly following our Responsible Gambling guidelines.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring you to work any five days from a seven-day period, between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, an attractive bonus structure, recognition for long service, and a variety of additional benefits. The starting salary for this role is competitive, with the potential to increase to £28,330 per annum upon successful completion of training.

Eligibility Requirements

Successful candidates must provide proof of their eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance to customers exhibiting signs of gambling issues.
  • Communicating proficiently with clients in Spanish.
  • Utilizing internal systems to manage and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments.
  • Escalating issues as necessary.
  • Encouraging safer gambling practices.
  • Maintaining awareness of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  • Implementing self-exclusions for customers' accounts.
  • Addressing responsible gambling inquiries and complaints.
