Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to customers who may be at risk of, or experiencing, harm associated with gaming. Ensure that customers receive the best possible service by adhering to our responsible gaming policies and procedures.
- Problem Gambling Support: Offer support to customers who demonstrate signs of problem gambling.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish.
- Utilization of Internal Tools: Utilize internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer inquiries.
- Liaison with Internal Departments: Liaise with internal departments as required.
- Escalation of Inquiries: Escalate customer inquiries when necessary.
- Promoting Responsible Gaming: Promote responsible gaming practices.
- Knowledge of Policies and Procedures: Possess knowledge of our policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
- Account Exclusions: Apply account exclusions as required.
- Responsible Gaming Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to responsible gaming.
Our dedicated responsible gaming team will support our customers in promoting a safer gaming environment. We offer a competitive salary, a generous bonus scheme, recognition of long service, and a wide range of other benefits.
We offer a competitive starting salary that increases to £28,330 per year after completing our training program successfully.
Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.
