  • Partner with Design and Test Engineering and external vendors to create and produce HTOL and HAST boards for Reliability qualifications.
  • Work alongside QA, Manufacturing Engineers, and Operations Teams to aid in the resolution of manufacturing lots affected by potential reliability issues.
  • Continuously review industry standards (e.g., JEDEC, AEC, ESDA, IPC) for updates that may influence Reliability qualification stress conditions.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding qualification data, FIT rates, and other Reliability engineering-related information.
  • Represent the team in various stages of New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings requiring Reliability engineering input, ensuring the successful delivery of Reliability commitments.
  • Prepare technical documentation, summarize findings, and propose solutions to technical challenges. May assist in the selection and setup of specialized testing equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering; a Master's degree or PhD in a related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor product Reliability Engineering, including drafting Reliability qualification plans/reports and conducting field lifetime calculations.
  • Additional experience in related engineering disciplines such as Failure Analysis, Test/Product Engineering, Quality, Design/Validation/Characterization, Applications, and Wafer Fab is beneficial.
  • Strong familiarity with industry standards like JESD47, JEP122, JS-001/02, AEC-Q100/101/006, etc.
