Job Summary:

IC Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our team and focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) for our client's automotive portfolio. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for driving NPI meetings, developing high-speed test solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive NPI Meetings: Lead NPI meetings with analog and digital design for test (DFT) techniques from total failure mode effects analysis (TFMEA) to ensure efficient and effective test development.
  • Develop High-Speed Test Solutions: Design and develop high-speed test solutions on both wafer and package levels for Advantest V93k testers.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering Teams: Work closely with product engineering teams to develop and characterize automated test equipment (ATE) for automotive mixed-signal testing.
  • Develop High-Quality Test Solutions: Develop high-quality test solutions to meet the requirements of far-shore outsourced assembly and test services (OSATS).
  • Test Coverage and Yield Improvements: Continuously monitor and improve test coverage and yield for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Automotive Mixed-Signal Testing Experience: Proven experience in automotive mixed-signal testing, including design, development, and validation of test solutions.
  • ATE Experience: Working knowledge of automated test equipment (ATE), preferably Advantest V93k, for wafer or package level testing.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, characterization, validation, applications, marketing, reliability, and quality assurance teams.
  • T/P/D FMEA: Experience in defining and reviewing total product development (T/P/D) failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
