Overview: microTECH Global LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff NPI Automotive Test Engineer with extensive experience in the development and testing of automotive products. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of guiding products through the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, ensuring all quality and safety standards are met from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in product design discussions to integrate analog and digital Design for Test (DFT) methodologies influenced by Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Assist in the formulation of automotive product safety processes and workflows, contributing to Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • Design and execute high-speed, high-quality testing solutions at both package and wafer levels for new products utilizing the Advantest V93000 testing platform, encompassing both software and hardware aspects.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to evaluate new designs and provide insights based on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in IC Test Engineering specifically with Automotive Mixed Signal products.
  • Ability to define, review, and manage the TFMEA documentation while contributing to the Design and Process FMEA.
  • Deliver high-quality test outcomes in accordance with quality management standards to support AEC-Q100 compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ATE, preferably the V93000, for both wafer probing and packaged products.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships across various functions within a project team, including design, product management, characterization, validation, applications, marketing, reliability, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to meet demanding project timelines while managing multiple projects across different stages of their lifecycle.
  • Produce clear, concise, and timely reports and updates, effectively communicating results both in written and oral formats.
  • Experience with low noise, high-performance mixed signal integrated circuits.
  • Familiarity with low noise and high-performance PCB design principles and experience in schematic-level hardware design.
