Job Summary
Microtech Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff IC Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our NPI (New Product Introduction) team, you will be responsible for driving the development of automotive products through the NPI process from definition to production release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Participate in new product design meetings to drive analog and digital design for test (DFT) techniques into new designs driven from technical failure mode and effects analysis (TFMEA).
- Process Development: Contribute to the development of automotive product and functional safety processes and workflows, and provide input to automotive quality management system (QMS) documentation.
- Test Solution Development: Develop and implement high-speed, high-quality test solutions at package and/or wafer level for new products on the Advantest V93000 test platform, including both software and hardware.
- Collaboration: Work with a cross-functional product team to assess and evaluate new designs and provide feedback based on automated test equipment (ATE) test results.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years' of IC Test Engineering experience with automotive mixed-signal products.
- TFMEA Document Ownership: Define, review, and own the TFMEA document, and be a contributor to the design and process failure mode and effects analysis (D&PFMEA).
- Quality Management: Develop high-quality test results in line with quality management standards to support AEC-Q100.
- ATE Experience: Hands-on experience of ATE (ideally v93k) for both wafer probe and packaged products.
- Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships across all functions within a project team (design, product, characterization, validation, applications, marketing, reliability, QA, etc.).
- Project Management: Work to aggressive project timelines and multitask with multiple projects in different lifecycle phases.
- Reporting: Produce concise, accurate, and timely reports and updates (written and oral), containing clearly presented results.
- Low Noise and High Performance: Experience in low noise, high performance, mixed-signal ICs.
- PCB Design: Knowledge of low noise and high performance PCB design concepts and experience in schematic level hardware design.
